Vorsia Gearworks
After several weeks the Trade Federation was still in need of recycling operations being completed and so approached the former DSG leader with an offer to lead a new company that would be part of the Trade Federation. Without fear of repeated stress by placing all management onto one person, the offer was accepted and Vorsian Gearworks company was forged to act as Department of Recycling within the Federation.
Operating from Relatta and Vorsia systems, Gearworks mainly reserves its services to the Federation, specializing in urban renewal, demolitions and salvage of old and decommissioned assets. With the ability to reuse wrecks and create scrap, Gearworks also works closely with other production companies of the Federation to produce Ugly-class starfighters. Lilith Delcroix
Lilith Delcroix (née Kaine), also known by her full name Countess Lilith Kaine-Natanaele of Vorsia, was born approximately in Year -8 Day 177 (23 years old) by the Combine Galactic Time. She is the current sovereign of Vorsia Companion and Director of Vorsia Gearworks recycling company. The exact date and place of Lilith's birth is unknown. It is assumed her mother was residing somewhere in the Hapes Cluster at the time. She grew up with her uncle Admiral Kaine in Kaine Estate on Cinnagar (Empress Teta) which led to her eventual enlisting in the Galactic Empire Industry, just like most Kaine family members before her. Through a series of complicated and unfortunate events that ended her industrial career Lilith eventually became a member of the Black Sun crime syndicate. Almost a year later she retired into seclusion and private life. However Lilith returned to her industrial roots when she became a full-time retainer in the Royal House James of Hapes and almost two years later created the Dark Skies Gearworks with one of her long-time friends. As the company established itself Lilith connected with neutral governments and became part of House Soyak-Ikron of the Avance Coalition. Weeks after closing down her company Lilith joined the Trade Federation to lead their newest nationalized company.
