Zadolion, the second gas giant in this system, has much more to offer than the other one Aldana. Zadolion is almost twice the size of the other gas giant, and as such has almost twice the capacity for mining and exploitation. As such many facilities orbit the station and many anti-grav cities dot the cloudy horizon on the planets atmosphere.

Pollution on this planet has reached an all time high of 23943 metric tons of waste deposited in the atmosphere every standard year. Scientists predict that in a few hundred years, if this planet continues at its current rate of degradation, huge storms of dangerous gasses will begin to form in the atmosphere and destroy any possibility of mining.

Simang is a gas giant in the far reaches of the Taanab System. It is the most remote planet it in the system, and is orbited by a single moon,Simang A. Because of its distance from the system's star, temperatures on Simang are frigid, and the outer layers of the planet have frozen into icy, crystalline cloud formations. Such formations make navigation into any but the outermost layers nearly impossible. Pressures deeper inside the planet keep the compounds that comprise Simang in different liquid and gaseous states. By percentage of composition, the most plenteous gasses are rethen, carbon dioxide, and ammonia.

The earliest explorers concluded that Simang was not suitable for either colonization or mining. This early declaration in addition to the planet's distance from Taanab or Taum Reese severely limited settlement even centuries or millennia later. As of late very few sentients live on Simang. The only permanent settlement is a small Trade Federation outpost tasked with maintaining the planet's shield grid and assisting any endangered vessels in the distant corners of the system. The planet has never been considered to have much a strategic value.
