Xavier Dedoroff was the Trade Federation's Ministry of Government Affairs|Minister of Government Affairs. Although small, and usually the butt of office jokes, Xavier lived with a keen sense of humor and runs his Ministry in a fair and efficient manner. Because of these jokes, Xavier is often considered the most popular Minister, "An Ewok of the People."

Youth
Xavier Dedoroff was born on Endor, approximately twenty years before the Galactic Civil War. When he reached the age of adulthood, he made the decision to leave his tribe behind and join the Rebel Alliance.
He worked as a constructor for the Alliance, helping them erect buildings that would prove useful in the future. Xavier however, soon grew bored of this, and left the Alliance soon after.
Freelancing
For the next few weeks, Xavier was alone in the galaxy. He applied to have several governments meet with him, because he was going to join one of them. All but the Trade Federation turned him down. Year 6 Day 277, Xavier received an apprenticeship under the famed Chief Diplomat, Darvock Tarion.
Raising the Ranks
Logistics Department
Xavier did several classified jobs in Foreign Affairs until Year 7 Day 61 when he was appointed the Director of Logistics in the sudden absence of Mormegil Dagorlad. Xavier accepted this position graciously.
Recruitment and Training
Xavier worked in Logistics until Year 7 Day 166 when he and Isabella D'Este were transfered to be the first Directors of Recruitment and Training respectively. They made a huge impact on the policies of the Trade Federation, through a new Recruitment and Training system that guaranteed the training of new recruits within only a week, as opposed to the sometimes 4-5 weeks in the old program.
Minister of Government Affairs
Xavier worked as the Director of Training until Year 7 Day 280, when Horley Cyan resigned his position as Minister of Government Affairs. The Cabinet voted, and assigned Xavier to be the new Minister.
As Minister, it was Xavier's job to oversee his Ministry which consists of all foreign relations and all Trade Federation promotions and the training of new members. Xavier worked as Minister of Government Affairs till his life ended on Year 9 Day 220.
