Torran Forano was the Leader of Baktoid Armour Workshop. He is responsible to keep production at 100% efficiency, and is responsible to teach the recruits all necessary skills. Torran is currently the leader of the Trade Federation Art Team.

Early Life

Childhood & School:

Torran was born on Chandrila as second son of Kodu and Si Forano. His parents had a great affiliation to traditions, so they taught him Arconese, the Arconan motherlanguage. Torrans older brother Dennu and mentor guided him through his youngest years. Kodu the trustee of the Hanna Institute of Antiquities sent Torran, like Dennu to school at Hanna. Torran was often teased, because he was the tallest kid with 1.6 meters at the age of 7. As Teenager, Torran was given the choice what to do with his future. He decided to join the Brionelle Memorial Military Academy. His Brother stayed with his parents to step in his fathers position.

Naval Training:

Wanting to become Group Captain of his own fighter squad, Torran was not accepted, because he did not have the reflexes necessary for dog-fights. Thus he was mainly used as supporter in light freighters. His commanding officer noticed that Torran was good at overview complex scenery and send him to study Naval Tactics. Upon graduation Torran earned himself much respect from his fellow students, as he was one of the best gunners of his year. Everyone was surprised that he left the Chandrilan Military after his training.

Adult Life

Mandalore

As a Navy Officer, Torran joined the Mandalorian Navy where he was used as a pilot of the 4th Fleet. The 4th Fleet's main objective was military logistics and Torran: a well trained Navy Officer, found the lack of use of his training frustrating.

Call of a Friend - Starsign

During his vacation, Torran had a talk to his long friend, the Wookie Dagur Amon, who told him about Starsign shipyards. Being convinced by his friend to join SSY Torran soon found out that his ability as a leader was very useful for his career. After a month as mat hauler COO Solomon D'Ark introduced him to the role as Deputy Director of Production. Being responsible for 10 Shipyards Torran learned how to manage the production queues of spaceships.

The big merge with Techno Union

With the merge of Starsign Shipyards and Techno Union, a few members had to be transferred to the Trade Federation Department of Logistic, Torran being one of them. Back at the start Torran was very unhappy with the situation and constantly asked Techno Unions Commanders to transfer him back. Soon TU noticed that this transfer was a bad decision, cause they lost a good pilot. Torran came back and served under Deputy Director Kator Virdian in Valrar, for many months. With System Manager Salamku Derov stepping down soon after, Torran saw his chance to get back into a Command position. Being accepted because of his former experience as Director of Production, CEO Vas Felix promoted Torran from commander to major. Now Torran could proof himself at managing the whole Epidimi-System. Torran still serves as SysManager of Epidimi.

Galaxy Shift

After the galaxy shift, Torran found himself managing the same system, albeit the name had changed to Tirahnn. Torran continued to work hard and on Day 185 of Year 12, he became the Deputy Director of Naval Production. He served in this position for a little under a year until orders came for him to prepare to leave. He was being promoted yet again.

BAW

Almost a year after taking charge of Tirahnn, Torran found himself being promoted. On Day 105 of Year 13, Torran was appointed Director of Manufacturing in Baktoid Armour Workshop. The position was open after the former Director of Manufacturing, Siraloth Xivah, had transferred to the Ministry of Defense. During his time at BAW, the Galactic community praised BAW endlessly for being courteous and prompt with all sales. To this date Torran continues to lead BAW further into the future, maintaining BAW's position of top item producer in the Galaxy.

Skill Change

As one might expect, after being shifted around repeatedly through the Departments of the Trade Federation, Torran has acquired several new skills. As happens to anyone, when one doesn't use their entire skillset, the skills they no longer tend to degrade. For Torran, this was no different. Most of his combat skills have degraded from lack of use. His piloting has increased dramatically from his work hauling mats, and from working in production, Torran has developed a knack for developing new items and finding uses for them.
