In an effort to bring more life to the galaxy, the Trade Federation is choosing to adopt a cultural aspect of the Avance Coalition. The House system will be integrated as a majorly in character interaction within the Trade Federation scheme. This interaction may be rewarded in the future with certain House Privileges, but never any individual privileges. This system is NOT mandatory to participate in.
The House system will be available to any Trade Federation Member and to Trade Federation Citizens only (of any level).
Old Avance system Houses will be grandfathered in UPON REQUEST, but the House Membership (with few exceptions) will NOT completely port in. There will be a very brief period in which auto-integration will be allowed. House Leadership will ultimately be responsible for integrating its old House membership into the new system. Upon completion of that period, auto-integration will no longer take effect. Please note that these members MUST be Trade Federation Citizens.
Individuals who are Black Listed and members of Organizations that are Black Listed, will not be able to apply for Trade Federation Citizenship and thus, cannot become House members.
The Citizenship Approval Board is the executor of all Citizenship Requests, but House membership is based on the House Embassy thread once established by that house.
In similar fashion to the Rewards System, House Privileges are earned and not given. After the designated time has been established the necessary privileges may be established upon the house. Please note that the list provided is subject to change as the game evolves and as leadership sees fit. Also note that this House system reboots all tenured time, old Avance Houses are NOT grandfathered into this for privileges/rewards.
6 months: 5m Credit Voucher per Active member towards the Trade Federation Market
12 months: 10m Credit Voucher per active member towards the Trade Federation Market (repeats every 12 months after and may increase as prices increase)
18 months: House managed Communal Planet/Factory -OR- Alternative House by Region Communal Planetary Project
This program is designed to expand the current Communal Planet program and localize it for the Houses. Each planet will be governed appropriately in accordance to the guidelines given in the Communal Planet program.
Only one established Communal Planet may be established per Sector.
This program is subject to review and approval and must be authorized by the Directorate and Cabinet.
An alternative to the House Managed Communal Planet and Factory Program may be used. This Alternative is a pre-determined and planned planet located in each Region in lieu of Sector. This planet will have pre-determined cities, usable and accessible by all Houses of the Region. All of these cities will be owned by the Trade Federation and may provide basic necessities (i.e. Factories for production, worker compound to hire workers, etc) that are usable by House Membership only. It will also contain open slots for city creation using the exact guidelines in other Communal builds, but managed by the House Leader solely. It is the House Leader’s responsibility to ensure proper use.
