History

The Younger Years

Kator had a rough time growing up on Tatooine, beaten by his parents for simple mistakes though shown some interest from his parents when he discovered something of value amongst the scrap heaps. It was an upbringing not of care and tenderness, but of others greed and spite, he wasn't wanted only called upon when times drew dire, but he still showed love for his parents up until the age of 7 as all younglings do, who know no better. First he was rented to a small freighter company, taught how to repair and fly the smaller cargo vessels heading in and out of Tatooine before being handed to the major pilots, almost like a Valet.

His love for his parents was lost when he was sold into slavery by his parents at the age of 9, for a fair price too with his reliability he had shown in the small company, he didn't complain, he loved his job and his fellow workers were all too happy to be by his side. He did the same job, day in and day out until the age of 15.

The Mid Years

The company went belly up and released their current "Slavers", Kator was left stranded on Tattooine, except for the small amount of credits and trinkets he had begged, borrowed and stolen whilst in his previous company, he would have starved to death. Kator drifted around Tattooine looking for any freighter jobs available. There weren’t many not for one without references and job qualifications to show perspective employers, but he worked on them and after a while picked up a bit of work filling in for deckies who for reasons unknown disappeared into the notorious bars of [insert some city on Tattooine here]

After 4 years of constant searching and earning what money he could filling in on small freighters, Kator finally got a start with the respected ship building company "Starsign Shipyards after reading a poster stuck up in some hanger he happened to be passing through. Starsign Shipyards was a NAT of the Trade Federation and he was sceptical at first, but thought to himself three square meals a day and a pay packet every month, "what more could he ask for". So Kator bought a ticket with the last of his credits to the closest planet for pick up, to start his career and a date with destiny.

Responsibilities of Later Years

Kator started out life in the Starsign Shipyards not really knowing what to expect at first. Olwin Froon was the current CEO along with Vas Felix as his COO, they were both really nice people and accepted him without reserve into the SSY family where he gained extensive experience piloting a variety of ships and hauling various items and materials around the Glythe sector and to all points of the galaxy as missions dictated.

After a few months of constant piloting he had earned enough respect and experience to apply for the position as Director of Logistics, co-ordinating the delivery of ships that had been sold to it's myriad of customers around the galaxy, under the watchful eyes of Olwin Froon and Vas Felix. Eventually both the CEO and COO left the faction to get the Techno Union prepared for the merger between the Techno Union and Starsign shipyards to become the department of Naval Production for the Trade federation.

Once the merger had taken place Kator found himself once again as a pilot, but now an experienced, hardened and reliable pilot. After a few more months whilst the High Command was sorted once more into manageable areas he was asked to run the Valrar system and the Sales Department, accepting both, he continued his role in the High command of the Techno Union. Eventually being offered a position as 2IC of the Techno Union (2nd time round), he accepted and holds that position to this day, making sure the pilots of the Techno Union function like the well oiled machine they are.

Personality

Kator has a good sense of humour and tries to make a laugh of the most mundane work, although, he has been known to be a hard task master, having the strictest of attitudes towards his pilots. Though at heart he is a big softy, easy to get along with and always willing to lend a sympathetic ear to his pilots

Kator has the power of the SCAR, no one quite knows what he is capable of with this SCAR, I guess we will all find out one day......
