Horley Cyan

Horley Cyan is the leader of Stars` End Entertainment. He is perhaps the most devoted saint to the Confederacy of Independent Systems at this time putting his own credits into the organization since the formation and having influence in five of the known CIS groups. He is currently listed on the Roll of Honor for the Confederacy of Independent Systems.

History

Not much is known about Horley Cyan. He is a devaronian and one of the most famous ones at that. He is reputable across the galaxy as being one of the best traders. He appeared during the Rise of the Confederacy of Independent Systems to help form Corporate Alliance as the very first leader. He built the organization up from nothing to a successful organization today.

The Trade Federation saw Horley Cyan's skill at building of Corporate Alliance and decided they needed him. It took Nereus Eruresto many weeks to convince Horley to bring his talents to the Glythe sector, and ultimately Horley accepted the offer of Trade Minister for the Trade Federation and the whole of the CIS. With time and experience, he later became Viceroy of the Trade Federation.

With the return of Viceroy Corbin Esco, this was the perfect time for Horley to step down from leading the Trade Federation and get back into a more simpler and undoubtedly more exciting way of life. He decided that it was time to return another long forgotten great name and manufacturing tradition back to what it once was. Such a task would have been near impossible if it wasn't for the most recent and interesting discoveries during Horley Cyan's term as Viceroy of the Trade Federation. So, he left the Federation and joined Haor Chall Engineering. The company did exceedingly well, and profits were now more common in the company’s monthly report. But it was at that moment of wealth when Horley was touched by something bigger. A newly born faith had turned this once business man into a prophet, a chosen one of the faith. This new religion was the Order of Kampar. Now Cyan devoted his days not to calculate margins of profit, but to teach naive kids about the greatness of Kampar and to indoctrinate the adults about the benefits one could get from eating the holy ewok meat. He became a Prophet of the Order.

Then, when the newly elected Viceroy Bren Morgarr required Cyan’s help. He called him to perform the duty of Minister of Foreign Affairs. Horley accepted, but he didn’t abandon his believes, instead, he saw this opportunity to bring light and saucy ewok ribs to the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Horley then left the Trade Federation, yet again, to form Lant Mining Corporation. As he built another successful business, Horley decided to retire yet again. He gave the keys to the two factions he owned, Haor Chall and Lant Mining, to their respectful owners, Kieran Traejik of Haor Chall and Taldar Logas of Lant Mining. He vowed never to return and went hence forth for several months.

Shortly after though, he still very active in the Confederacy was given the courage to form another new faction, Stars` End Entertainment. Through this faction he could lead the information highway to hell or to paradise. Through his contacts with various organizations he was eventually able to form this faction. The faction joined the CIS like all of his factions. He led the faction through the building stones until Taldar Logas was unfortunately unable to lead Lant Mining Corporation. Horley returned to Lant Mining to find it in a disarray, he merged the faction with the Commerce Guild. He returned to find chaos again in Stars` End Entertainment as their leader had been in dismay and became the Chief Executive Officer of Stars` End Entertainment, where he currently resides.
