Description
The rocky planet of Hassaria V is cold and harsh, with no atmosphere but much potential. Primarily a colony planet, Hassaria V boasts a growing network of residencies built to provide maximum comfort in one of the Hassaria system’s more challenging environments. Outsiders are rare to the planet due to the absence of atmosphere and unattractive rocky surface. Yet most local residents enjoy the peaceful isolation of the planet and the privacy that comes with it. The exception of visitors comes with the students and learned craftsmen who frequent the surface of Hassaria V to observe and study the ways in which the natural formations of rock and craters have creatively been incorporated in the architectural design of the native dwellings. The majority of House Arkoh’s estates and sprawling residencies have been developed on Hassaria V in an effort to preserve the natural beauty of the remaining planets in the Hassaria system. The relatively level surface and large expanse of rock also create natural plots that are easily developed into the halls and manors the dot Hassaria V. As the planet’s main function is residential, employment levels are generally low, though the real estate, construction, and entertainment industries thrive. Several mining facilities are active on the outskirts of the planet, away from local residencies, and bring in a sustainable income.
