Augustine Phiro is a Third Officer in the Trade Federation. He is currently in the TF Ministry of the Interior, working mainly for the Department of Industry.

Life
Birth
Augustine was born to Samae Olan and Mar Phiro. Samae was a somewhat successful playwright, usually penning some of the racy productions that were all the rage on Zeltros. Mar was a stay-at-home mother. The connotation behind this is different on Zeltros than usual, as she was a companion to many ‘guests’. Zeltronians view monogamy as a quaint idea and nothing more. Augustine’s parents were not married, but were happy to live together most of the days of the week.
Childhood
Augustine grew up working in his parent’s house helping his mother with her business. He acted as an enchanting little helper that greeted the tourists that visited the pleasure planet. When he wasn’t drawing smiles as a host, he was making friends and doing what most children do at a young age. Two radically different sides to the same coin.
Coming of Age
At the age of 13 Augustine was introduced into the world of keeping pleasurable company. Referred to as cafarels, Augustine had his mother and her business associates as teachers for everything. Topics in companionship included speech, love making, art, and other hosting practices that he had already been introduced to. At the age of 16 his training was over. The ratio of male cafarels to female cafarels was very small, as most visitors to Zeltros were men. There was good money to be made by a man however, as any rich, lonely woman was willing to bleed money for attractive and caring intimate company. Augustine was successful at his work, as there was always a steady flow of clients. A few years of this soon proved enough for him, and instead of focusing his passion into love he decided to take up a life of mild adventure.
Something More
At the age of 20 Augustine decided to take to the stars. A faction seemed like the best way to discover new places full of new faces, but he couldn’t decide for himself which one would work best. His answer came in the form of one of his father’s acquaintances. Another playwright and director by the name of Mathias Skylancer, a Gand that would sometimes visit to view plays and discuss drama. When Augustine mentioned that he wanted to travel as Mathias did, the Gand suggested the Trade Federation as a suitable outlet for his adventurism. Augustine quickly investigated and sent out an application. It was accepted very soon after, and he passed the subsequent Basic Training Standard Exam with high marks. He was placed in the Ministry of the Interior’s Department of Logistics like most new recruits.
Trade Federation
Augustine proved himself a diligent and thorough worker. He started in Flight Team "Gentlemen" under Riad Sertage, which was disbanded a few months later. When his good friend and mentor Mathias was promoted to Flight Lead Officer, Augustine was taken onto his team, "The Cougars!". Augustine took the shift well and continued to show his worth as a Confederate. Within a few months Augustine felt the creative seed in him wishing for nourishment, and again went to Mathias for help. He was soon given a position writing fiction stories for the Confederate Ledger. Hoping to prove himself even more useful to the government his believes in, Augustine looked to Mathias and others for other opportunities. As a chance to prove his worth, he currently assists in the Ministry of Interior’s Department of Industry to expand the influence of the Trade Federation. On his one year anniversary of joining the Federation Augustine was promoted to the rank of Third Officer and assumed command of his new Flight Team, 'Rocket'.
