When a recruit believes they have studied sufficiently, they are required to take the BTSE, Basic Training Standard Exam. The BTSE tests all the knowledge that was acquired through the academy. Upon completion of the BTSE a recruit is either assigned further lessons as part of training for the Ministry of the Interior or they are assigned to one of the other departments within the [[Trade Federation]] where the recruit is provided with on-the-job training based on how the department operates. | When a recruit believes they have studied sufficiently, they are required to take the BTSE, Basic Training Standard Exam. The Academy
The Trade Federation Academy is a program run by the Department of Admissions. All members are required to enter the academy upon joining the Trade Federation. The Academy teaches recruits the basics of how to fly, rules for how TF runs and tutorials on features. The curriculum is as follows.
