Childhood
Born on an Anzati planet, to Antonija O’Brien. Speculation still abounds as to who her father may be. Antonija was a courtesan in one of the Royal Houses. This meant Zanthea was left to her own devices most of the time. This all changed the day Antonija met and fell in love with Ventor Zorg. When Ventor married Antonija he also claimed Zanthea as his own child and adopted her. This created a very interesting situation. Since Ventor did not have any children of his own, Zanthea was named as his heir. A very unique position for an Anzat girl in a Gand family.
Adulthood
When Zanthea grew up she chose to ravel around the galaxy for awhile. Some say this was to get away from unpleasant rumors about disappearing school friends. The official version is that she wanted to stretch her wings away from the slightly oppressive Zorg Family business. It was while travelling that Zanthea’s interest in all things footwear began. When she joined the Trade Federation, Zanthea had the biggest footwear collection ever seen this side of the Galaxy.
Starting out in TF
Starting out in the Academy, it was quickly realized Zanthea would be best suited to a role in Logistics. Working her way up. Zanthea was one of the early members of the then, fledgling Flight Lead Program. As Flight Lead Officer to Team Tabula Rasa, Zanthea was in charge of a number of newer pilots. Guiding them and making sure they always had their Pilot Plotter updated. If anyone did not follow orders they were made to clean off of her shoe collection and if that did not fix them, they were made to clean the Ministry of Defence showers.

All that changed when Zanthea was chosen to join the Department of Industry as one of only a few builders that were trusted to help build some of the hidden planets. Working hard and keeping the nose to the grindstone. Zanthea was able to work her way up to Senior Forewoman. During that time Zanthea also joined the Department of Culture as a Junior Reporter. If you ever need advice on anything, Zanthea is the person to ask since she writes the Precise Advice column in the Federation Ledger.
DoL Flight Leader
Since the changes in the Galaxy to deregulate space Zanthea was invited to go back to Logistics as a Second Officer. Everyone agreed this would be the best use of her talents. Zanthea now has the task of cleaning up the standards of cleanliness and behavior that had been slipping since she left the boys of Logistics to themselves. Who knows where Zanthea will end up next.
