Description
Awarded By: HC-2 and above Industry Service CommendationThis commendation is gradated, and recognises various degrees of excellence performed by the individual in question throughout their service. Bronze endorses active and notable service (3-months minimum service required). Silver endorses consistent aptitude and self-sacrifice in the performance of their duties. Gold accredits members who have shown invaluable support to construction efforts within the Federation at large, these are exemplars to others (2 ToD minimum service required).
