Javrax Scarba is wanted for treason against the Trade Federation due to a series of deliberate and damaging actions committed during and after his resignation from the [[Ministry of Defense]]. Immediately before his departure, he stole a substantial quantity of high-value assets from the Federation’s member fitout vendor. He then attempted to sell these stolen goods to known pirate groups and foreign governments. Subsequent investigation revealed that Javrax had also engaged in the systematic poaching of Federation personnel, specifically targeting members of [[Task Group Centurion]], which he commanded as [[Chain of Command|Captain]], as well as members of [[Task Group Orion]], with whom he worked closely. <p>Hello all, I have some important information to pass on to everyone and unfortunately it's not the best news regarding the recently rersigned TGCO in MoD. <u>'''''Javrax Scarba'''''</u></p>

<p>Of late you may have noticed there have been some recent departures of staff from MoD in quite quick succession around the time and a little after <u>'''''Javrax Scarb'''a</u> resigned from the TF. So you don't get caught up in his web I have decided to make everyone aware of the circumstances of his dishonorable actions prior to, and after his departure.</p>

<p>Immediately prior to leaving Javrax decided to avail himself of very very large quantities of various higher value items from the TF members fitout vendor, which is considered theft.. He then tried to hock his ill gotten gains to some pirate groups and other governments. After some further investigations it has come to light he has been recruiting other TF members to join him in his newly formed faction operating from the Weemell Sector. So at the end of the day Javrax has stolen TF property and poached upward of 5 TF members, the theft and poaching of TF members has earned him and his faction a spot on the TF blacklists and a trade ban from all TF Vendors and TF operated taverns as well as black listing and trade bans from multiple other factions and vendors operated by our many trade partners and friends.</p>

<p>If you are contacted by Javrax or anyone associated with him or his faction, please take what they may say to you, with a grain of salt. I'm sure the grapevine will reveal who was caught up in Javrax's dishonorable and criminal activities.</p>

<p>While TF has absolutely no issues with anyone who wishes to leave and explore other opportunities in the galaxy we do ask that if anyone approaches you with an offer of work in another faction, please let your commanding officer know, who will pass it up the line, as this is considered poaching and we take a very dim view of the people and groups engaged in these types of activities.</p>

<p>It is highly advised to keep all comms you have with you commanders and vice versa in the appropriate channels and threads and not via PM.</p>
