This tiny ice planet is completely uninhabitable, and so little bother is given to trying to colonise or maintain outposts. A small droid detail guard the communications centre on the planet, which is often used for testing new super weapons too large to conduct on inhabited planets. Huge craters dot the landscape as the result of these tests.
