Based largely out of Dakot (Maya Kovel) System, House Asclepius strives to help all those in need of medical attention. Specifically, their hopes are to train the best doctors and combat medics in the galaxy!

Synopsis
House Asclepius originally began in Alpha Medical Corps (AMC) as a Minor House. Today it maintains its close ties with AMC and strives to bring peace and prosperity to the Stensen and Bri`ahl Sectors.
History
House Asclepius was founded on Year 8 Day 97, with an Embassy on the lake-front of Lake Maya Kovel on Maya Kovel V. Lake Maya Kovel features a luxurious underwater city that many travel to see. The city, made of transparisteel bubbles with leveled Duracrete streets strong enough to hold structures, offers an exciting view of exotic glowing fish that are exclusive to this planet.
After the creation of the Avance Coalition, the need for a medical organization rose almost instantly as millions of refugees fled from all corners of the galaxy to seek safety under the wings of Avance. Many of these travelers had been badly injured during their flight from embattled lands.
A medical team of like-minded volunteers from within Avance began specializing in Cybernetics. Prosthetics and a new medical service called the Medical Urgency Extraction Team (MUET) was created, and they took it upon themselves to try to fulfill this need.
House Asclepius is Born
Soon after Asclepius became an official minor house of the Avance Coalition, they founded several facilities in the Moddell sector. Despite this expansion, it still proved daunting to cope with the massive need for medication and implants in sterile conditions, without having to rely on external - and not neutral - resources.
House Asclepius quickly realized that more could be done and organized a massive fundraiser to start an official and well structured medical faction. The goal was to cover Avance Space quickly, efficiently and thoroughly, as well as have the opportunity to handle true neutral medical care for the rest of the galaxy.
The House worked diligently to provide Avance citizens with all of their medical needs as well as to lay down infrastructure to ensure their self sufficiency. Alpha Medical Corp's infrastructure grew large enough that on Year 9 Day 279 the House petitioned for and received permission to govern Caduceus Province. The goal was to set up a stable government based on the principles set forth by the Avance government in the hopes of further increasing infrastructure, as well as providing for the medical needs of citizens of the Galaxy who would not normally have had access to first rate medical care.
House Asclepius continues to commit its time to to setting up and protecting a commercial trading system in Chondre, eventually hoping to expand it to five defended Commercial trading planets which will provide the necessary tax based income to develop the rest of the sector to its maximum potential.
Sector Government Achieved
Caduceus Province, or CP, is located in the Stensen Bri`ahl Sector of Space. It includes the systems Ghothia, Bastooine, Sareet, Bri`ahl, Lanteeb, Kalzeron systems.
Structure / Organization
House Asclepius governs in the following systems: Verkuyl System; Sareet System; Bri'ahl System; Caaraz System; Malor-77 System; Kalzeron System; and Ghothia System.
Government
A modified form of representative democracy in which the people's elected deputies (representatives), not the people themselves, vote on legislation, based upon Avance Law. The Asclepius Republic is overseen and directed by the Chairman of each system council.

- 3 elected members, elected through a democratic voting system contained within HA itself.
These elected members may not be Leader or 2IC of HA, nor may they be chairman of a system council. The Leader and 2IC of HA may not become chairman over a system.
The HA Republic has the power to propose and enact laws as well as empowering individuals or groups of individuals to act as the Judiciary, it is responsible for the well being of the HA, it is their duty to oversee the functioning of the government and do what is necessary to defend the ideals of the government.
1.0 All of the following crimes are considered minor crimes, detailed descriptions and the sentencing for committing each of the following crimes will be made available to the public upon request by the Council of Justice: Larceny, Theft, Hijacking, Trespassing, Burglary, Embezzlement, Bribery, Fraud, Forgery, Possession of Contraband, Endangerment, Vandalism, Arson, Extortion, Perjury, Mismanagement or Abuse of Avance Coalition property as well as any accessory to these crimes.
1.1 Crimes of this nature are determined on a base by base case scenario as judged by HA Council
2.0 All of the following crimes are considered major crimes and bail is prohibited to those charged with the following crimes: Murder, Conspiracy, Assault, Treason, and Espionage as well as any accessory to these crimes.
2.1 Crimes of this nature are punishable by expulsion from HA, loosing the right to own property in Jospro as well as Imprisonment up to one year, Fines determined by the HA council, Community Service
3.0 The HA does not use execution as a form of punishment in civilian courts.
4.0 Crimes committed whilst serving the sentence for a crime receive double punishment.
5.0 The courts of the HA have jurisdiction over all sectors controlled by the HA they also have jurisdiction over all HA citizens wherever they may be.
6.0 All suspects are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
System Government in Jospro
The council of this government may not exceed 5 members, and may not go below 3 members.
- Minimum 1 strong financial backer per group with a personal income over 2 mil per month
- Minimum 1 new member per group with a personal income no higher than minimum wage
- Start out with minimum 5 members, grow to 10 members or more with minimum 1 new member, not originating from SRE every 6 months
