Naahla Raar hails from a small family in the southern reaches of the Outer Rim. During the days of the Old Republic, her parents, Togruta artisans, moved into Confederacy territory to get away from the corruption of the Republic, seeing the Confederacy as a chance to start anew.

Her father made a small business centered around sculpting, where Naahla learned from a young age a different kind of art: business management. While her parents would work, creating new works of art for the local townsfolk to display in thier homes, Naahla would take care of the technical side of the operation, managing the finances and procurement of new materials for her parents.

After becoming a young adult around the age of 20, Naahla Raar decided to set out on her own into the galaxy, finding it quite the different place from her parents' time. The Republic and Confederacy were no more, instead being replaced by the Empire and many other states. She began to search through which state and corporation would be best suited for her talents, eventually settling on the Trade Federation in year 21.

She was put to work immediately into the Department of Production, working and learning from Director of Centurion Arms Joyenne Southsand, with the department being under then Minister of the Interior Dail Llwybr Gwaed. It was very soon into her service that Naahla was promoted to being the system manager of Maya Kovel, a system she had gotten to know quite well in her short time in the Trade Federation.

Then, Minister Dail stepped down, and Joyenne was promoted to the new Minsiter of the Interior. The Director of Centurion Arms position was left vacant, and Naahla was thrusted into the role, which she was more than happy to accept. She helped maintain high levels of efficiency within Centurion Arms, eventually taking on new recruits in the form of Samantha Dordoli and Caelo Ignis, the three pioneering Trade Federation production in the South. Naahla was even a participant in the construction of Kuna's Eye's X7 Factory Station hub, which now supply the many citizens and workers of the Trade Federation.

Eventually, Minister Joyenne stepped down as well, being replaced by Minister Farin Simarca. It was under Farin's leadership that the Cabinet decided to bring back an older position: the Director of Production. The position had fallen out of favor many years prior, leaving many responsibilities up to the Minsiter of the Interior. But with the ever expanding industry of the Trade Federation, growing more now than ever before, the position was a necessary one. Having led Centurion Arms with distinction for years, Naahla was offered the position as Director of Production.

Naahla still serves as Director of Production for the Trade Federation. She has seen many faces come and go, and Naahla's own work for the Department of Production can not be understated. Assuming the tides of fate are still in her favor, she will continue to lead the Trade Federation's Department of Production with the same excitement and efficiency she had when she first began.
